A week of passion, teamwork, and true sportsmanship! The annual sports meet is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated events on our school calendar.
It is a day where the competitive spirit of every student, teacher, and participant shines brightest, transforming the school ground into a vibrant arena of athletic powers. It is a celebration of physical fitness, teamwork, and school unity.

The Grand Commencement
The day begins with a great opening ceremony, where we first welcome our highly honourable and respected chief guests: Mr. Ashok Dhyanchand (Former Indian Hockey Captain), along with Mr. Anirudh (Co-founder & CEO, Big Cricket League) and Mr. Vinay Kumar Singh (Joint Secretary, AKFI).
Weeks of practice culminate in our well-choreographed march past and drill by our four houses. It is discipline, teamwork, and focus in students, shaping their character both in school and beyond. These synchronized moments teach the value of unity, respect for rules, and the strength of working together towards a common goal—a foundation for lifelong success.
A solemn highlight is the lighting of the sports torch. Carried out by outstanding athletes, the flame symbolizes the spirit of friendly competition and great excellence, marking the official opening of the games.
After that, the oath-taking ceremony was held where the participants pledged for fair play. Once the formalities were done, we started with our events.

- Event 1st (IX to XII) Boys – 400 m Race
- Event 2nd (Pre-Primary) – Arrange Ball in Basket
- Event 3rd (II to V) Girls – Sack Race
- Event 4th (VI to VIII) Boys – 100 m Race
- Event 5th (IX to X) Girls – 400 m Race
- Event 6th (XI to XII) Girls – 400 m Race
- Event 7th (IX to X) Boys – 4000 m Race
Events – Day 2 (11 November 2025)
On the second day, we started with all the events for boys under every age group. From the excitement of the races to the heartwarming moments of teamwork, our students showed how amazing they are on track and beyond.
We had the Intermediate Category (Grades VI to IX) and Junior Category (Grades II to V).

On the third day, the energy in the air was infectious as our young athletes cheered each other and celebrated every victory, turning each challenge into a chance to grow. The spirit of sportsmanship and unity was truly inspiring.

Champion Carnival 2025 – Closing Ceremony
Passion fuels our journey, and teamwork drives us towards excellence. At D.M.P.S. Garhmukteshwar, we believe in nurturing young talents to rise, shine, and achieve greatness. Here’s to the spirit of unity and determination that defines our students.
Together, we run towards bright futures. And that’s how our Champion Carnival 2025 came to a close. As the sun began to set, the event drew to a great conclusion.
We welcomed and honoured our guests, Sh. Vinay Kumar Singh (Joint Secretary, AKFI) and Sh. Varun Ahlavat (President, Wheelchair Basketball Federation of India).
Performances such as Laxmi Vandana, Zumba, and football dance were presented by our young ones. The following events were also conducted:

Awards and Achievements
Winners, beaming with pride, stepped onto the podium to receive their medals and certificates. With the most medals and house points, Ashoka House (Red House) emerged victorious and took home the coveted Cock House Trophy, proudly presented by their respected house in-charge, Mr. Ombir Singh.
Throughout the Annual Sports Meet, safety protocols were well planned to minimize the risks associated with physical competition, environmental factors, and equipment use.
A special shout-out to the incredible students who gave their all, the teachers who cheered the loudest, and the volunteers who made it all possible. Dev Memorial Public School — Let’s transform dreams into reality and failure into an achiever!
